Race #2 in Cape Town! Just 11 hours after finishing Antarctica in 16 degrees weather, we rain in 76 degrees heat in Cape Town!
It was very challenging with the unrelenting heat with absolutely no shade.
It was a beautiful course right along the sea with sailboats and Kayaks which was a treat to see.
I was definitely ready for a shower after the run.
We now travel to Perth Australia. It is going to be a15 hour flight with a refueling stop at Mauritius.
